Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sriganganagar, Rajasthan, India.

All projects and original source files created by Digifloat as part of the Services are owned by you. All files that you submit to us must be owned by you and must not be stolen from another entity. Digifloat shall not be liable for any infringement of intellectual property rights arising from the materials, content, or instructions you provide.
You completely agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Digifloat and its affiliates, officers, members, managers, agents, successors and assigns from and against all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, and costs including, without limitation, its reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to:

Releasing Completed Work
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the final deliverables are accurate and free from errors. However, if you identify any errors in the files we provide, please notify us promptly, and we will make the necessary corrections and resubmit the revised files.
Digifloat is not liable for any loss of business, loss of revenue, or any other damages resulting from errors in the final deliverables. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables before publishing, printing, or otherwise using them.

All communications between you and Digifloat are treated as confidential. We will not disclose your project information or any confidential information you provide to unauthorized third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the Services.

Digifloat takes the claim of copyright infringement very seriously. We respond to every notice of alleged copyright infringement that complies with applicable law.
