What do unlimited graphic design services mean?
Unlimited graphic design services mean you can submit as many design requests as you need during your active subscription. Our design team works through multiple requests at a time. This ensures your projects keep moving and you get maximum value from your plan.
How many designs can I get in a month?
There’s no fixed limit on how many designs you can receive in a month. The number depends on the type and complexity of your requests.
Can I resell any of the designs Digifloat creates for me?
Yes, absolutely! You’ll get full ownership of everything we create for you while you’re subscribed to our services. You’ll be free to use them however you see fit.
Do you design with AI?
No. Our designs are created by our professional design team. While we may use AI to streamline certain parts of our workflow, the actual designs are 100% human-made.
What happens if I do not like my design?
No problem. If a design doesn’t meet your expectations, simply share your feedback with our team. We’ll make the necessary changes until you’re happy with the result.
How do revisions work?
You get unlimited revisions with your subscription. Simply share your feedback with our design team, and they’ll prioritize the request. You’ll get the updated version within 24 hours.
Where are your employees located?
We have hired a team of talented in-house designers who work remotely from around the world.
What are your working hours?
Our team works from Monday to Friday. Their working hours vary depending on their time zones.
Are there any restrictions on the types of design work that you do?
Our unlimited graphic design subscription covers 110+ creative services. However, we do have some limitations. Please check our scope of work to get a complete overview of what’s included and what’s not.
Why am I being billed on a recurring basis?
We have created a streamlined business model based on subscriptions. If you wish to receive our design services, you’ll have to subscribe to our recurring membership plan.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending us an email at support@digifloat.io
Can you give me a full refund if I haven't used my account recently?
Unfortunately, we don’t issue a refund due to inactivity.
What if I want to pause my subscription?
We understand that your design needs can change over time, so we offer the option to pause your subscription for free. Simply contact our support team at support@digifloat.io, and they’ll help you with the process.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription anytime. Just send us an email at support@digifloat.io, or you can also talk to your account manager to modify your subscription details.
