What is a client manager?
Client managers serve as mediator between you and your designer/writer. They’ll manage your account, overlook your projects and help communicate your message to the team better.
Can I switch my plan in the future?
Of course, you can! Our services come with no contracts which means you can switch, upgrade/downgrade as you wish!

Do you offer white label services?
Yes, we do! You can rebrand and resell our products and services as your own to your clients.
Since your services are so inexpensive, do you pay your employees fairly?
Yes, we do! All our employees are paid a fair compensation.
We pay the people working for us based on their knowledge and experience.
Will I get my money back if I cancel your services?
You may request a refund from us if you cancel your subscription within: (i) the first 15 days of signing up for unlimited graphic design, (ii) the first 7 days of signing up for content writing services, and (iii) the first 5 days of signing up for logo design services.
You won’t be eligible for a refund after this window.
Are there any taxes on top of the prices displayed on the website?
No, all our services are inclusive of any international, national tax.
Can I connect with you on a phone or video call?
Yes, you can! A sales representation and your client manager will always be available for a call. Just drop them a message or an email.
