Our team works from Monday to Friday. Their working hours vary depending on their time zones.
Do I own the rights to the work you do for me?
Yes, absolutely! You’ll get full ownership of everything we create for you while you’re subscribed to our services. You’ll be free to use them however you see fit.
Will there be any hidden fees?
You can rest assured that there will be no hidden fees in your monthly subscription. You’ll only be charged a fixed amount monthly, which will be inclusive of all taxes and fees.
Why am I being billed on a recurring basis?
We have created a streamlined business model based on subscriptions. If you wish to receive our design services, you’ll have to subscribe to our recurring membership plan.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending us an email at support@digifloat.io
Can you give me a full refund if I haven't used my account recently?
Unfortunately, we don’t issue a refund due to inactivity.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription anytime. Just send us an email at support@digifloat.io, or you can also talk to your account manager to modify your subscription details.
