With Digifloat’s unlimited graphic design services you can submit endless design requests for our designers.

All your requests will be aligned in a queue and your dedicated designer will work on one request at a time. This will also help us deliver you the best results.

Your designs will be delivered to you within the turnaround time already specified by us. It might vary depending on the complexity of your request. But your account manager will always notify you of the expected time in advance.

Below you’ll find a list of all the design requests you can and cannot request from our designers. Please note that you might not be eligible for every item on this list. Your eligibility will depend on the plan you choose.

• Logos & Branding with a clear concept or direction
• Branding (Design only. We do not provide written content such as brand/identity write-ups)
• Advanced infographics
• Powerpoint presentations (with PPTX source file)
• Video or Motion Graphics
• Photoshop art or complex photo manipulation
• HTML / CSS / jQuery Development(we only develop UI designs in static HTML, CSS & jQuery using bootstrap CSS framework)
• WordPress page development(We only create pages using WordPress page builders, no custom PHP work will be done)

We do not support the following requests: 

• Complex Animation
• Extremely complex, fine art or hand-drawn illustrations
• Fillable or interactive PDF documents
• Digital Painting & Game Assets
• 3D / CAD
• Coding, Programming, or Development using any JS, PHP, Python, or any other framework
• Inappropriate requests that are sexually explicit, defamatory, ethnically, or racially offensive
